Vocalcom Updates Effortless Contact Center Software
Vocalcom has released a new version of its Effortless Contact Center cloud contact center software, which features new native multichannel applications for customer engagement.
The release includes native multichannel applications and a unified multichannel agent desktop that allows agents to respond to all channels from one place. The Vocalcom multichannel desktop includes social, rich-mobile app, video chat, email, and SMS, in addition to traditional inbound, outbound, and blended voice capabilities.
