Trumpia Updates Mobile Messaging and Marketing Platform
Trumpia, a mobile messaging and cross-channel marketing automation software provider, today announced three new updates to its platform.
For the first update, the company teamed up with Salesforce.com for the first of many integrations. Users can now set it up so that whenever a contact subscribes to their messaging campaigns through either mobile keywords or online sign-up pages they create with Trumpia, the information can automatically flow into Salesforce as a lead.
Trumpia also added to the security of its software by enabling users to add CAPTCHAs to online sign-up pages. These randomly generated visual verification codes prevent scamming machines from filling out the forms.
The final update lets users send picture and video messages through the mobile app, much like the MMS feature that already exists in Trumpia’s software.
"A recent study found that 64 percent of consumers said that they were more likely to purchase a product after viewing a video about it," said Trumpia's CEO, Ken Rhie, in a statement. "This points to the unparalleled ability of videos to explain an otherwise complex idea."
