Tellwise Introduces Smart Messages and Social Networks Integration
Tellwise, provider of a buyer collaboration engine, today introduced Smart Messages to help sales professionals to communicate in a multichannel (email, social, Web) and multidevice (mobile, tablet, desktop) world.
Smart Message empowers sales professionals to create a highly personalized content and collaboration portal for each of their customers. Smart Messages can also be shared across social media sites like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, all from the same dashboard.
Once delivered, Smart Messages work on behalf of both the sender and recipients with intelligent notifications, collaboration features, behavioral analytics, and an immersive mobile experience. This is delivered through a new Tellwise interface that enables sales professionals to manage communications from one screen.
Tellwise users can use the solution for the following:
- Embedding existing sales content: Messages are embedded into a Web page that is created instantly.
- Promoting content to almost any channel from one place: Sales and marketing content now can be shared over almost any channel, including social networks like LinkedIn and Twitter, and be active because they can do work on behalf of participants.
- Viewing and interacting with content from multiple devices: Sales campaigns can be run with existing sales content in mobile-ready layouts; and
- Measuring customer interaction with analytics: View detailed analytics of all customer traffic and behavior.
"Today the sales journey is now defined by the buyer. We target helping our customers speed up the sales process while making interactions more meaningful by understanding the buyer point of view," said Conrad Bayer, co-founder and CEO of Tellwise, in a statement. "As part of making communicating as simple as possible for both parties, we added these social, smart messaging capabilities to create a better multichannel experience and help both parties get what they need in a more efficient manner."
Tellwise with Smart Messages is delivered as software-as-a-service (SaaS). Starter packages begin at $49 per user per month.
