TeamSupport Brings Video and Screenshots to Chat [Video Interview]

There’s no doubt that as customer service technology improves, so do customer expectations of the support provided. This is especially true of business-to-business customers, who might have complex customer service and support needs.

Today, these professionals can turn to a handful of customer service and support software vendors for help, including Desk.com, Freshdesk, Parature, TeamSupport, and Zendesk.

In early March, Robert Johnson, cofounder and CEO of TeamSupport, joined David Myron, editorial director of CRM magazine, to update readers on what the company has been up to since winning a 2014 CRM Customer Service Rising Star award. Johnson talked about recent upgrades, such as the ability to incorporate video and screen shots into its chat offering. He also discussed future product plans, such as a more customized Web portal for customer support.
