Swiftpage Releases Act! 16.1
Swiftpage, a provider of integrated marketing and CRM solutions, today released Act! v16.1 with fully integrated Act! emarketing.
This latest release provides all current Act! v16 customers with a free upgrade to version 16.1, which includes the fully integrated Act! emarketing service, with subscriptions starting as low as $10 per month.
Act! emarketing delivers an integrated email marketing experience that flows information from all emarketing campaign activities back to each contact record. Users can create custom email campaigns with a drag-and-drop template editor or by leveraging hundreds of stock templates.
Act! users can also segment contacts into groups, while intelligent, prioritized Call Lists guide users to their hottest leads based on each recipient's level of engagement with campaigns.
Act! v16.1 and the integrated emarketing functionality is supported by the Recommendation Architecture that powers the Call List. The Recommendation Architecture, launched as part of the Act! Cloud released earlier this year, is an underlying layer of analysis technologies that runs invisibly to the user. This architecture will power an increasing number of features within the Swiftpage portfolio over time.
"With the power of Act! emarketing fully integrated into Act!, our users can affordably reach out to prospects and customers, and have a holistic view of all of their marketing interactions in one place," said Allen Duet, Swiftpage's vice president of product management for the Act! line, in a statement. "Instead of bouncing back and forth between different services and applications, our users are able to design, send, and track campaigns that produce actionable results, all from within their contact manager."
The completely redesigned Act! Marketplace is now directly accessible within Act! version 16.1. Users are able to easily browse and purchase a variety of applications that increase the power and functionality of the Act! contact manager via the sleek, new in-product interface. Offerings include premium applications for integrated accounting, data management and reporting.
Swiftpage bought the Act! and Saleslogix lines from Sage in February 2013.
