Sprinklr Integrates with IBM Marketing Cloud
Sprinklr has integrated its Experience Cloud enterprise social technology with IBM's Marketing Cloud and Universal Behavior Exchange (UBX), helping companies to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.
Sprinklr now connects to data sources within UBX, including e-commerce, CRM, and payment processing data, and automatically creates target segments on social platforms like Twitter and Facebook. These segments are then updated in near real time based on recent behavior.
"The proliferation of digital channels has made it extremely difficult for large brands to know their customers and deliver a personal, human experience," said Erik Ober, assistant vice president of paid media and audience management at Sprinklr, in a statement. "That human experience starts with a unified view of the customer. With Sprinklr and IBM, marketers can connect their customer data with social insights, alongside e-commerce, CRM, payment processing, e-mail, and more, to create a more unified view of their customers."
