PowerObjects Releases PowerSurveyPlus for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
PowerObjects, a professional services firm focused on providing service, support, education, and add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, has released PowerSurveyPlus, a tool for building robust surveys right from within the CRM system.
"PowerSurveyPlus takes our old survey add-on and blows it out of the water," said Dean Jones, CEO of PowerObjects, in a statement. "PowerSurvey is a great little tool for what it does and has been one of our most popular add-ons over the years, but we really thought we could make something even better. That’s where PowerSurveyPlus comes in. It can do so much more."
A survey can be related to any record in CRM that has activities. Once a survey recipient has filled out the survey, a survey activity is created in CRM with the participant's responses to the survey questions. This allows survey responses to be anonymous or related to an entity.
Other notable features of PowerSurveyPlus include hosting in Azure data centers; HTML drag-and-drop designer to create pages, sections, and questions, expression logic to show/hide pages, sections, or questions; and templates for pages, sections, and questions.
"PowerSurveyPlus also has 12 question types, including matrix, rating, and monetary. This gives users even more flexibility when designing their surveys. With PowerSurveyPlus, we've really taken surveys to the next level. Jones said. "We want our users to stop monkeying around and start implementing their surveys in CRM."
PowerSurveyPlus is one of 25 add-ons that PowerObjects has developed to enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality. Like all PowerPack add-ons, PowerSurveyPlus is available for a free 30-day trial and can be directly downloaded from the PowerObjects Web site.
