Pipeliner CRM Launches Phaenomena
Pipeliner CRM today launched a new version of Pipeliner CRM. Called Phaenomena, the product is highlighted by multiple pipelines, a visual Org Chart, and on-the-fly Reports.
Smart Org Chart maps accounts and contacts. Users can assign any contact or account in a hierarchical layout and create subordinates and assistants. Additionally, a click-to-print feature allows users to share the Org Chart.
The On-the-Fly Reporting feature generates reports instantly from current views and screens.
The improved Buying Center provides a visual account planning tool that enables users to map the organizations they sell into. The Buying Center has also been enhanced using the data from within the Org Chart with the ability to flip between the two. In the Buying Center, users can see the influence map so they know who the key decision makers are in the buyer process.
Additional notable new functionality is a compact view of accounts or contacts at a glance. Included are small details, such as the ability to instantly see when and how the user was last in touch.
"We've added highly visual multiple pipelines," said Nikolaus Kimla, CEO of Pipeliner CRM, in a statement. "Customers see it all—every part of their sales organization—laid out before them. The new design enables anyone on the team to build multiple pipelines and navigate them effortlessly."
