OpenText Integrates with SAP hybris

OpenText, a provider of enterprise information management, has extended its integration of OpenText Digital Asset Management (DAM) with SAP hybris solutions.

"As companies modernize their systems of engagement, they need a simple, integrated platform that supports growth with a single enterprise solution for digital asset management for all channels. Together with SAP, we will help companies move beyond CRM to modernize and simplify solutions to take customers to the next level of customer experience."

OpenText provides a single source of digital media across SAP solutions, including the SAP hybris Marketing, SAP hybris Commerce, and SAP hybris Customer Experience Suites. OpenText DAM was already integrated with the SAP Business Suite.

Additionally, this release of OpenText DAM includes an extended programming interface for customization, automated asset version updates, additional rendering services, and an on-demand media delivery service.
