noHold Integrates Its Virtual Assistants With Facebook Messenger
noHold, creators of artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistants, has launched a connector to Facebook Messenger, enabling users to interact with noHold virtual assistants directly from the social giant's Messaging app.
noHold has embedded clients' virtual assistants to their company Facebook pages for some time. This connector now lets users live directly within Facebook's Messaging interface. A user simply types the name of the virtual assistant for the company they are inquiring about within Facebook Messenger's search bar, clicks on the associated icon, and the chat window will appear.
The noHold connector can link to an entire platform capable of creating thousands of bots. It allows users to develop one bot and repurpose it through multiple channels, including social media and collaboration platforms.
"Our objective is to make it simple for non-programmers to create a virtual assistant. It is also important to make sure that same virtual assistant is reachable from any channel an end user prefers," said Diego Ventura, CEO and founder of noHold, in a statement. "The popularity of Facebook, as well as the large business presence, made it an obvious choice for us to connect to."
