Melissa Data Releases Listware for Salesforce
Melissa Data, a provider of contact data quality and address management solutions, today announced batch processing of worldwide address verification in Listware for Salesforce, its data quality plugin that integrates data cleansing, validation, and enrichment directly into Salesforce's CRM software.
Available on the Salesforce AppExchange, Listware for Salesforce now allows users to verify, check, and update customer addresses in more than 240 countries and territories at point-of-entry and upon scheduling bulk cleanup within an organization's database.
At point-of-entry, Listware for Salesforce provides real-time address auto-completion and verification. The user begins typing a customer or prospect's address into any Salesforce contact field and chooses the correct address from a list of suggestions; the completed query returns a verified U.S. or international address, standardized into the official postal format for each geographic locale. In batch, an administrator can run address verification jobs based on unique criteria, such as sales representative, city, state, or inquiry date. Bulk cleansing also provides many data appends to enrich Salesforce CRM data, including latitude/longitude coordinates and other postal elements, move updates for U.S. and Canadian addresses, and adding missing phone numbers, email addresses, demographics, and extensive property data. Bulk verification enables the verification and enrichment of U.S. and global records within all standard and custom object fields, including contacts, leads, and accounts.
"Listware for Salesforce is a smart, elegant solution that seamlessly addresses all of the common yet time-consuming issues facing developers or enterprise administrators as they work to integrate efficient data quality operations into their applications," said Bud Walker, director of data quality solutions at Melissa Data, in a statement. "Along with the ability to customize auto-completion of address data in any mapped field, Listware's batch processing offers significant enterprise value. End-users are in turn armed with a powerful data quality tool, providing unprecedented access to clean, up-to-date data that supports a worldwide customer base."
Listware for Salesforce is available for a one-time $19.99 license fee (per company), that includes 10,000 credits that can be used for any of the various data quality processes available.
