Melissa Data Advances Data Quality in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Melissa Data, a provider of global data quality solutions, has added data quality capabilities in its Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration, including full contact verification and appends via the company's flagship Personator Cloud Service.
Dynamics CRM users now have comprehensive, integrated data quality services to verify global address, email, name, and phone information for more than 240 countries and territories.
Personator can return identity verification on U.S. and Canadian customers in real time. It also adds missing email, phone, and address data, updates the addresses of customers who have moved, and enriches records with detailed demographics, such as date of birth, date of death, gender, household income, and much more.
