MailChimp Launches New Batchbook Integration

MailChimp has released a completely revamped integration with Batchbook, a social CRM platform. The new integration makes it easy for small businesses to share customer information between their MailChimp and Batchbook accounts, and use that data to send highly targeted, effective email campaigns.

Using MailChimp, businesses can build and manage email lists, create and send targeted email, and analyze campaign results. Batchbook CRM gives businesses a way to handle these one-on-one interactions with customers, keep track of superfans, and reach out when a client needs a little extra support.

The new integration allies MailChimp's email service more closely with Batchbook's contact and communication management. Businesses can import contacts directly into Batchbook from MailChimp based on email list, group, or user engagement ratings. Users can filter their Batchbook contacts into specialized lists and share them to MailChimp for targeted email sends. Plus, within Batchbook, contacts can be sorted by "imported to" or "exported from" MailChimp. Additionally, recently sent MailChimp campaigns show up directly in the Batchbook dashboard, and Batchbook's individual contact view displays the recent MailChimp campaigns that contact has been sent and whether or not they opened them. This tracking data allows for outreach and follow up based on previous interactions and conversations.
