InMoment Adds Video and Voice Analytics
InMoment has added advanced mobile voice and image curation and analysis capabilities to its growing suite of interactive feedback modalities, which also include video, the AI-powered conversation engine Active Listening, and traditional mobile app, voice and web.
The mobile voice, image, and video are natively supported by the inMoment CX Intelligence Cloud architecture. InMoment’s proprietary data science underlies all aspects of the platform.
