Ignite-TEK Expands LucidVueCX
Ignite-TEK has expanded its LucidVueCX marketing feedback platform with support for social media, email, online reviews, and SMS text messages.
LucidVueCX previously only usesd speech recognition to capture inbound telephone conversations and convert them into actionable marketing feedback.
