hybris Launches SMB Partner Program for hybris Commerce

hybris, an SAP company, today launched the SMB Partner Program for hybris Commerce.

The new hybris SMB Partner Program offers all of the omnichannel commerce capabilities of the hybris platform in a private cloud. It enlists experienced hybris partners who have extended the hybris Commerce Accelerator with additional integrations and functionality to create a prepackaged solution for both the B2B and B2C markets.

"Our partners have packaged and optimized our market-leading commerce solution for the SMB market," said Patrick Finn, senior vice president of global channel and partnerships at hybris and SAP Customer Engagement and Commerce, in a statement. "The hybris SMB Partner Program ensures our partners deliver a quick time to market and allows potential customers flexible licensing models other than revenue share."

Beyond offering a prepackaged hybris solution, participating partners can host the hybris offering either within a partner facility or at a hybris hosted center. Additionally, the solution software costs can be subscription-based, allowing potential customers to pay as they grow.

BORN Group, Connexus, CrossView, Gorilla Group, and Tacit Knowledge are the first partners to qualify for this new program.

"The hybris SMB Partner Program allows us to provide B2C customers with an end-to-end solution powered by hybris technology and featuring high-touch fulfillment, shipping, and returns management. The ability for this complete solution to offer the financial flexibility of monthly payments or even a customized payment plan is a true differentiator," said Trent Brown, CEO of Tacit Knowledge, in a statement.
