Product Description
The Glance Visual Engagement Platform is an omnichannel solution that allows reps in your enterprise to easily see, show, and share anything with anyone online. Screen sharing, cobrowsing, and app sharing solutions are integrated into a common user interface so reps can use the appropriate tool to engage with the customer, and can switch back and forth between tools with ease. The Glance Visual Engagement Platform supports desktop or mobile devices, can be integrated into your CRM, and can be embeded via SDK into your mobile app.
