Crowd Factory Joins Jive Apps Market With Social Marketing App
Crowd Factory, a provider of crowd-powered marketing applications, yesterday introduced its Social Offer app for Jive 5, the social business platform.
Crowd Factory's Social Offer app for Jive 5 enables companies to create group offers and flash deals instantly. With Social Offer, Jive customers will not only be able to amplify their marketing messages through the crowd on social networks, but they will also be provided with the data needed to measure and optimize their social marketing campaigns. Crowd Factory’s social analytics reveal the reach, amplification, and conversions of shared marketing messages.
The Social Offer app will enable Jive customers to create and manage social media campaigns such as contests, giveaways, and social deals all from within the Jive platform. With just a few clicks, users can design and initiate a Facebook contest or offer right from the app, as well as track and measure social ROI. Not only that, internal teams throughout the company who didn’t have visibility and access to the social analytics will now be able to collaborate on each social marketing program and can view the performance of campaigns at any time from the Jive Dashboard.
"Social marketing is at the top of everyone’s agenda, however, what has been missing is an easy way to build social programs into the day-to-day workflow at companies," said Sanjay Dholakia, CEO of Crowd Factory. "Through the Jive Apps Market, we are bringing crowd-powered marketing to the enterprise, allowing internal teams to collaborate on creating, executing and tracking social marketing campaigns easily and effectively."
"Social marketing has gone mainstream, and business and enterprises are looking for a simple solution to achieve success with their programs and campaigns," said Robin Bordoli, vice president of the Jive Apps Market. "We are thrilled to have Crowd Factory join the Jive Apps Market with their Social Offer app and look forward to them helping Jive customers to build social into all of their marketing programs."
