Cloudwords Debuts OneReview Translation Review Capability

Cloudwords has introduced OneReview, a new feature of the Cloudwords Marketing Globalization Platform, for marketers, their translation agencies, and in-house reviewers looking to further accelerate translation processes, improve translation quality, and speed up international marketing initiatives.

Now, with a centralized cloud-based review platform, all collaborators involved in the translation review process can standardize and optimize reviews across all content channels and agencies, regardless of content type or file format.

OneReview delivers shared visibility all along the review process. With OneReview, all stakeholders can view source text and translations side by side, review them simultaneously, enter suggested edits, submit back to translation service providers, and approve final versions.

Cloudwords' OneReview provides standardized review feedback via Cloudwords' XLIFF conversion and commenting system, meaning vendors no longer receive content from clients in multiple file formats and conventions. Managers can keep tabs on translation projects to confirm whether they are on track, in danger of delays, or completed.

"Just like marketing or procurement, businesses expanding overseas should approach content localization as a revenue-enhancing business process where optimization creates competitive advantage. The launch of OneReview shows our commitment to continually improving translation workflow and delivering business advantages for our customers," said Scott Yancey, CEO and co-founder of Cloudwords, in a statement. "Beating competitors in global markets is a white-space opportunity for every company looking to drive demand and engagement and grow revenue. Cloudwords speeds and simplifies the entire content localization process, from vendor selection to the final review phase, so marketers can easily globalize campaigns and reach audiences faster."

"With the new OneReview capability, Cloudwords addresses one of the biggest bottlenecks in the localization process by further streamlining the critical review phase. Since final translation reviews require input from multiple collaborators, it can be challenging to keep track of everyone's edits. This new feature provides me with more visibility into the process and empowers me to keep projects moving forward in a timely fashion," said Susana Vas Aldea, senior field marketing program manager at CA Technologies, in a statement.

The Cloudwords Marketing Globalization Platform has already been integrated into the Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua platform, and Marketo marketing automation platform.
