Clicktools Launches Syncfrog Data Integration Product
Clicktools today launched Syncfrog, an application that centralizes cloud application data in CRM systems.
Syncfrog's intelligent data loading capabilities allow businesses to collect customer data from a variety of cloud applications while still harnessing the power of their CRM systems to manage customer relationships. Syncfrog allows CRM users to remove data silos via a data mapping interface, while behind the scenes, the sophisticated technology performs deep integration.
Intelligent data loading is designed to not simply dump data in CRM but to integrate data with CRM while preserving its integrity and value. With one sync, data can be moved from cloud-based systems and placed in multiple fields and objects within CRM, or used to create and update records as specified. Syncs can come from multiple sources at any time and be scheduled to occur automatically. By applying logic-based business rules, users can place the data where it fits best as specified by the data value.
"We call it cloud integration with a purpose," said Clicktools CEO David Jackson in a statement. "Today people are severely hampered by their inability to integrate data with their customer records in CRM. But with Syncfrog, there's no need to manually transfer data and tediously sort through several systems. It provides truly intelligent integration that's fast and convenient. Our users enjoy the simplicity of the setup while taking advantage of the deep integration."
Many CRM managers use Syncfrog to streamline data integrity, particularly when keeping a production and sandbox environment in sync.
"Syncfrog offers the ability to go from sandbox to production easily," said Will Moody, founder of crmStorm, in a statement. "We especially appreciate the platform's clean interface and streamlined uploading functionality, which has made it easy and convenient for team members to manage our clients' data and show our clients how to be self-sufficient in managing the process themselves."
Syncfrog can be used across business units to remove cloud-based data silos. It can direct data from sources like SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, and Twitter to any cloud-based CRM system, such as Salesforce, SugarCRM, Oracle, Marketo, and Infusionsoft, with others being added all the time.
"We're excited to offer the unique Syncfrog functionality to our customers," said Infusionsoft's developer partner program manager, Joseph Manna, in a statement. "Syncfrog is a powerful addition to the Infusionsoft Marketplace, effectively adding plenty of new capabilities that delight and serve our customers."
