CallShaper Partners with The Blacklist Alliance to Combat TCPA Lawsuits
CallShaper, providers of a cloud-based dialer platform, is partnering with The Blacklist Alliance (Blacklist), which seeks to minimize the impact and expense of abusive Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) litigation. This collaboration lets CallShapers clients add the Blacklist's proactive Litigation Firewall service to their call center platforms to automatically block calls to and from predatory TCPA litigators. The Litigation Firewall is part of the Blacklist's multilayered TCPA defense system, which includes data management tools and 24/7 legal support.
Since 2010, companies using automated dialers have experienced a 1,273 percent increase in TCPA lawsuits.
"Expanding our portfolio to offer clients the highest level of protection against TCPA lawsuits goes synonymous with our cloud-based dialer platform," said Bob Wienholt, CEO and co-founder of CallShaper, in a statement. "We take protecting our clients seriously from the minute they adopt our service. As their long-term partner, we aim to provide our clients with a platform that has the latest features, which enables them to be more efficient, ultimately increasing their bottom lines."
"We have chosen to partner with CallShaper because the cloud-based software they have developed is undoubtedly the most efficient and proactive on the market," said Blacklist CEO Seth Heyman in a statement. "Their software is TCPA-compliant, and they are experts in building the ever-changing regulatory rules into their dialers. There was good synergy between our common goal, which has made them the perfect partner."
