Alteryx Unveils Free Instant Line-of-Business Analytics

Alteryx, a provider of strategic analytics software, today unveiled Project Edition, a free analytics solution that leverages the Alteryx Strategic Analytics 8.5 platform.

With it, line-of-business analysts can build, iterate, and deploy analytics workflows or applications.

Project Edition enables line-of-business analysts to use the complete Alteryx Strategic Analytics platform to do the following:

• Instantly create the analytics needed for a project with any data and integrate and cleanse data from any source (Excel, text files, data warehouses, big data sources such as Hadoop, cloud applications like SalesForce.com, social media and more).
• Build analytic workflows and iterate as business evolves.
• Output and share results in multiple formats, including Excel, Tableau, reports, or data files. Analysts can also share analytic applications in the Public Gallery section of the Alteryx Analytics Gallery, the Alteryx public cloud offering.
